What happens after my 7-day trial?
Your trial does not auto-convert to a paid plan. Before your trial ends, visit your account settings online and select a plan to continue using Altura.
If you don't upgrade, your access will pause until you choose a plan.
Can I switch plans later?
You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time — the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Filler Coach and Coach Pro are separate products, so you can't switch a subscription from one to the other.
Is my data private?
Yes. In the app, your audio and transcripts stay on your computer; Altura never records or stores them. On the web, the transcripts you submit are saved to your account, and you can delete them at any time.
Some coaching features send transcript text to an AI model for processing; Altura does not store it.
What are the hardware requirements for Filler Coach and Coach Pro?
Coach Pro runs on Mac today and needs macOS Tahoe 26.2 or later on an M-series Mac with Apple Intelligence. Windows is coming soon — join the waitlist. Filler Coach is coming soon for Mac and Windows.
Altura runs as a native app with no browser dependencies.
